All Welcome – no pressure

Co-operatives are voluntary organizations, open to all, without gender, social, racial, political, or religious discrimination.

CPN’s Board of Directors manages the daily operations of the Co-operative. Each Director is elected at the annual meeting of Members for a two-year term and holds office until the second annual meeting after he or she has been elected. Under our By-laws, the Board of Directors appoint the officers of the co‑operative: the President, Secretary and Treasurer.

CPN believes in openness, transparency and sound fiscal judgment. Our Board meetings are open to members and to the public at large.
