Governance

All Welcome – no pressure

Co-operatives are voluntary organizations, open to all, without gender, social, racial, political, or religious discrimination.

CPN’s Board of Directors manages the daily operations of the Co-operative. Each Director is elected at the annual meeting of Members for a two-year term and holds office until the second annual meeting after he or she has been elected. Under our By-laws, the Board of Directors appoint the officers of the co‑operative: the President, Secretary and Treasurer.

CPN believes in openness, transparency and sound fiscal judgment. Our Board meetings are open to members and to the public at large. Our bylaws, our conflict of interest guidelines and the minutes of all our meetings are available below for download.
